Agreement
The first step of the process is the agreement. Once you accept your quote we'll send over an iron-clad but simple contract that protects you and us throughout the process.
Discovery
Once your contract is signed, we'll have a discovery call where we discuss all the details of your project and go over what everyone's responsibilities and contributions will be.
Content
Now it's time to gather your content. Without content, we can't design your website so this step is important. We'll need the text, images, videos, and anything else you plan to use.
Design
With all the content gathered, we'll begin working on designing your website using our design tools. When we're done, you'll get a link to review our work. We have confidence that you'll love our visual designs.
Revisions
Once you've gotten a chance to go over your design, you can submit any revisions you have and we'll get to work. You can submit up to 3 rounds of revisions for your project.
Development
Now that everything is approved, we'll start developing your website. We use the Oxygen website builder for WordPress when building your site, meaning no messy custom code is needed to create the visual elements of your website.
Launch
The first step of the process is the agreement. Once you accept your quote we'll send over an iron-clad but simple contract that protects you and us throughout the process.

How long does the process take?
The entire process will take about 4 weeks to complete. The first week will be dedicated to discovery and content gathering. Weeks 2 and 3 will include content and revisions, and week 4 will include the development and launch of your site. Of course, this assumes we maintain great communication both ways, so make sure you’re accessible for the duration of your project.
Who will I be working with?
Your point of contact will be me, Cory Bolles. Your project will be handled by creatives who are experts in their field and have over 10 years of experience. Our SEO experts are certified by Pait Academy.
Will my website be responsive?
Of course! Responsive design is a necessity nowadays and we don’t believe in creating any website that isn’t built for mobile first. Your site will work in all web browsers on any screen size, we guarantee it.
Will my website be visible on Google?
Yes! We’ll help you get your site registered with Google Search Console and Google Analytics when we launch. If you’re looking to have your site ranking high on Google, make sure you check out our SEO (Search Engine Optimization) plans as well!
How involved will I need to be?
Our process is very hands-on. Especially at the beginning of your project, you’ll need to prepare to be able to work with us on gathering your content and outlining your vision for your website so we can ensure a final product that you love.
